Petite-Cascapédia Regional Park does not issue refunds or credits for any purchase of goods or services. All purchases are valid for the season in which they were purchased.
However, all 2021-2022 season tickets are covered by the guaranteed season policy.
If for a medical reason you wish to request reimbursement, complete the form below, making sure to fill in all the fields and attach supporting medical evidence so that we can assess your request.
If the ski resort or the tube slides were to close due to weather conditions, a credit valid for the current season will be offered to you according to the prorata of the opening hours.

Guaranteed season policy
All seasonal passes purchased during the 2022 presale are protected by the guaranteed season policy.
You have until November 28, 2022, to get a refund or to postpone your subscription to the next season. Note that transaction fees for online purchases are non-refundable. After this date, it is understood that the sanitary measures decreed by Public Health must be respected at all times while considering the possible evolution of the epidemiological situation. After November 28, 2022, no refund or credit will be issued.
Please note that the compensation process can take up to 30 days before being completed.
