The summit

Hiking in the moutain

Free access to 21 kilometers of little steep terrain in the crosscountry area. Want a steeper path ? Climb up to the top of the mountain via the no. 1 runway spreading on 3,5 km. At the top, you can get up the observation tour and admire the panoramic view of the Chic-Chocs, Mount Albert, Mount St. Joseph, Petite-Cascapedia River and Baie-des-Chaleurs, 670 meters above sea level. Summit refuge is accessible at all times.

Mountain Biking and Fatbike

Mountain bike trails (8.8 km), bike park for children and a “pumptrack” (skill course)! Mountain bike trails include both beginner and intermediate level single track trails that are built in the cross-country ski trails area. Access over 30 kilometers of trails in steep terrain. Duration of + / – 1 hour. 21 kilometers are also practicable in the cross-country ski trails. At the edge of the river, you have an additional 4 kilometers as a playground in the Carrefour de l’auto New Richmond trails! Family annual pass $ 50 / Adult $ 40 and day $ 6 for 12 and + / $4  for 11 years and – (taxes included).

The “Riders BDC” card which gives you access for a year to the trails In Pin Rouge, Maria and Mont Saint-Joseph for 70$ is available here.

Note that you can use the trails for free if you rent a chalet.


We now have two brand new Norco bikes that you can rent.

-15$ per hour

-25$ per half day (8:00 to 11:30, noon to 3:00pm and 4:00 pm to 7:30 pm)

-35$ per day (8:00 to 7:30pm)

Note that we alson have a dozen bikes available completely free for people who stay in our chalet.

Rivière Cascapédia

Hiking near the river

Breath the crisp gaspesian air walking along the pristine and soothing Petite-Cascapédia River, one of the greatest salmon river of the Gaspésie. 4 km of  maintained trail available from spring through fall on foot and on snowshoes during the snowy season.


Numerous access ATV roads will take you from New Richmond or St-Edgar up to Pin Rouge mountain. On the site, marked paths will give access to the top of the mountain. Beware of hikers and mountain bikers as you share that path with them.
